2022 Pool Guide

We are eager for each of our residents to have a fun, safe and memorable experience when they come to enjoy our pools. Safety is our No. 1 priority. We have professional pool monitors, who will greet you each time you attend our pools. We believe communication is the key to a successful relationship, so we are providing you with the following pool rules, which have been established by the Viridian Residential Association. The board of directors reserves the right to add to or amend the policies and procedures as needed.
