Candice puts the fun into Viridian, planning an array of parties, festivals and more for residents. She also coordinates all of the classes at the Viridian Lake Club, working with homeowners to develop a slate of appealing sessions, and manages the resident newsletter and other communications. Candice is Viridian’s first lifestyle director, starting in the community when there were fewer than 100 occupied homes. She previously organized events for residents of Savannah, first becoming familiar with the community as she helped plan weddings and crafted floral displays for weddings held in the development. Away from work, Candice brings her enthusiasm to the skating rink as a roller derby athlete and speed skater.
