Elements at Viridian Community Manager

As our new community manager, Kim aims to settle in, always do her very best, and establish strong community connections. “I am thrilled to become a part of the CCMC team at Elements,” she shares. “I look forward to knowing and serving our residents.”

Originally from Roswell, New Mexico, Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries from Texas Tech University. A seasoned industry professional of seven years, she is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialists (AMS).

When away from the office, Kim enjoys bird watching and pop culture films. 

“After a thorough interview process, we identified Kim as an ideal fit for the CCMC family,” explains executive director Ron Stephens. “We are delighted to have her join our team at Elements at Viridian.”
