Teresa Muchler

Viridian Executive Director

Teresa is responsible for multi-year strategic planning and oversight for resident support that manages the daily business operations for the Viridian Residential Association and Commercial Association according to the Association governing documents as well as state and local laws. In addition, Teresa works closely with the representatives of the development team, the City of Arlington, and the representatives for the VMMD. “I’m excited to serve the Viridian community and look forward to engaging with the onsite team to ensure their continued success,” Teresa said. A Florida native, Teresa started her CCMC career 17 years ago at Celebration in Orlando, followed by 6 years as the Community Manager of Southwood in Tallahassee. In 2015, Teresa moved to Irving, TX to become the Executive Director at Valley Ranch. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys acrylic abstract painting, spending time with her family, attending sporting events (she’s a Miami Dolphins fan), gaming, and is also committed to regular volunteer work, like providing Christmas for a family in need every year.
