Elements at Viridian Community Manager
Kristi is an experienced educator where she has spent the last ten years developing Springtown ISD’s Culinary Arts Program. She also organized events from the Chamber of Commerce luncheons and holiday parties to weddings and proms.
Kristi considers herself to be the ultimate “foodie” and enjoys everything from cooking and experiencing new restaurants, to embracing Farm-to-Table cuisine and encouraging food sustainability. Equally passionate about travel, Kristi seeks out adventure and truly believes that “The world is a book and those who do not travel read but only one page”. She loves to share her passion for travel, having led numerous group tours to Europe and a trip to Asia is next on her list.
Kristi currently lives in Weatherford, but will be moving eastward in the near future. Spending time with family ranks at the top of her list, especially since becoming a grandmother to two precious granddaughters, Karver Monroe and Kavanaugh Llane, whose parents are Kristi’s son Kaleb and his wife Keely. She experienced wedding planning from a different perspective by helping plan her daughter Maegan’s wedding last November when she married her husband Cody.
Kristi loved her role as the Lifestyle Director for Elements. Believing that our best years are ahead of us, she gracefully executed her goal to help make Elements a socially thriving community by connecting residents, building relationships, gaining insight to resident needs, and valuing their input. Kristi's promotion was earned through her diligent on the job training, shadowing Ty Armstrong in his Manager role, and her very extensive role in opening Elements and being onsite since day one. She is excited to continue on building wonderful working relationships with Elements Residents to help meet the community’s growing needs in the future.
