Maintenance Technician

Bienvenido Serrato Jr., known as JR, comes to Viridian as a maintenance technician with nearly 17 years as a handyman at various CCMC properties. His background and wealth of experience make him a welcome addition to our VRA team. JR has three grown children, two of whom serve in the military. He loves sports of all kinds. As a Filipino native, he is looking forward to reconnecting with family he has not seen in three years. Meanwhile, his goal is to familiarize himself with our beautiful community and put his skills to work.
