Maggie Raines
Community Manager

We are excited to welcome our new Community Manager, Maggie Raines.

Maggie is a Texas native with over 12 years of experience in various office management positions and extensive knowledge in HOA management. 

Maggie is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and holds two prestigious designations: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). She has a proven track record of working with condo, townhomes, dedicated service, and single-family associations.

She is passionate about fostering an environment that unites the community around its shared goals. Maggie is dedicated to implementing processes that keep the community informed, empowering residents to proactively achieve long-term financial success and enhance the enjoyment of their shared assets.

When she is not working, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, camping, traveling, and singing car karaoke with her kids.
