Viridian opens Kaleidoscope of Homes

Viridian opens Kaleidoscope of Homes

Representatives from JC KPL, the City of Arlington, the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, Texas Health Resources, and Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex were on hand on Friday, October 10, 2014 to officially open the Kaleidoscope of Homes® at Viridian, presented by Texas Health Resources.

A donation of $35,000 was presented to Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex, the event's beneficiary, on behalf of Texas Health Resources, the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, and Viridian.

The event, which is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from October 10 - October 26, 2014, showcases the latest building and interior design trends. The event also introduces a new concept: the blended community.

Traditionally, residential real estate developers have created "enclaves" of homes, typically grouped by the size of the homesite, by home builder, or by price. JC KPL, the visionary developers behind Viridian, has broken that mold and created a thriving "enclave-free" community where homesite size, home price, and both production and custom home builders are all mixed together.

The result? In just 18 months Viridian has risen to be the top selling master planned community in Tarrant County, and is number seven throughout the entire North Texas region.
