Robin Van Werkhoven

Project Manager, Nehemiah Company

As project manager for the multi-family division of the Nehemiah Company, Robin van Werkhoven heads the Arlington Commons project, an urban infill redevelopment that will deliver a 1,328-unit luxury complex and walkable median park to North Arlington. Robin oversees all aspects of the project, including design and construction, and works closely with city officials.

Before joining Nehemiah Company in 2014, Robin returned home to the Dutch Caribbean as senior project manager and director of operations for his father, an architect.

Prior to that, he was in multi-family construction management in Florida for many years. Robin and his wife have five children, and when not engaged in their activities, he enjoys spending time gardening, fishing, boating — anything outside.
