Donnie Otwell

Project Superintendent

As project superintendent of Viridian, Donnie Otwell is in charge of ensuring all of the infrastructure — utilities, sewer system, etc., — is in place and functioning properly.

Donnie also oversees community landscaping, street light installation, entry monuments and other facets. Donnie spent many years in the utility industry before transitioning into residential development in 1990, working for two national builders. He has been at Viridian since its early days in 2012 and says it’s very gratifying to see the community come to life. A lifelong resident of Dallas-Fort Worth, Donnie enjoys hunting and fishing, although he often foregoes those two favorite pastimes in favor of one he enjoys even more — spending time with his young great-grandson.
