Recent reports for home sales in master-planned communities across the country announced Viridian as yet again a top-selling community in the country, with 266 homes sold through June. We’re thrilled to welcome so many new residents in recent months!
Homebuyers purchased homes from across all of our builders’ offerings – from low-maintenance smaller homesites to roomier 65’+ lots and generous estates on The Island and Viridian Park Ln. Our 55+ community, Elements, also opened its doors to 51 buyers who opted for reimagining their retirement years!
Move-in-ready homes are at an all-time low in our community this year. As with many new home communities in the DFW area, builders are focusing construction on previously contracted lot sales, extending the timeline of home buying and building processes for homebuyers looking in 2021. However, builders in Viridian are working on several new homes to be ready later in the year, and we are happy to announce that our development teams are actively preparing our next section of homesites for release in the coming months.
