Viridian’s Hot Sales Streak Places It Among Nation’s Top-Selling MPCs

With an over 35 percent increase in home sales over the first half of 2019, Viridian is ranked among the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities, according to Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO).
The Arlington development was ranked No. 41 on the report of the best-selling communities in the first half of this year, released July 9.
Builders in Viridian sold 229 homes in the Johnson Development community last year, an increase of 37 percent from the 167 homes sold in the first half of 2019.
“The growth that started in 2019 with the opening of our newest section of homesites continued throughout 2020, as people were drawn by our exceptional amenities and lifestyle offered here, in addition to the exceptional location between both downtowns,” said Debra Meers, Director of Marketing of Viridian.
