Two projects of Johnson Development Corp. — Trinity Falls in McKinney and Viridian in Arlington — are opening the doors on more than 100 homes during the inaugural D-FW Showcase Tour of Homes happening this April.
In all, 20 lavishly appointed model homes and more than 100 inventory homes will be the stage for thousands of decorating ideas. The homes will be open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays during April.
In addition to home tours, a bevy of free events will be open to the public and giant butterfly statues will be on display throughout each community. The statues will sport wingspans of up to 8 feet and heights ranging from 6 to 12 feet, adding a splash of color and touch of whimsy to their natural surroundings. Eighteen will be on display in Trinity Falls alone with another 27 in Viridian.
