Caryn Erskine says she can honestly proclaim something that not many can — she loves her job and loves coming to work every day. Responsible for all of the builder and homeowner closings in the community, Caryn says her job is full of variety. It’s also full of satisfaction, as she was present for the very first home closing and has seen Viridian grown tremendously since joining the company in the fall of 2012.

Originally from Ohio, Caryn is just as busy away from work, cheering her daughter at select soccer and basketball games.
