Thank you for your interest in Arlington's newest over 55 active lifestyle community. Here are a few answers to frequently asked questions about our community.
The Magnolia Lifestyle Center’s amenities include a state-of-the-art ﬁtness center, demonstration kitchen, and meeting facilities. Outdoor amenities include a covered terrace with sundeck overlooking a stunning inﬁnity-edge pool. Residents will also enjoy pickleball and bocce ball courts, a putting green, and many community ﬁre pits.
We anticipate completion in early 2020, weather permitting.
Residents of Elements will have exclusive access to the Magnolia Center. The greater community of Viridian will not.
Homeowners will be granted access during the hours of operation which will be determined by the Homeowners Association. Speciﬁc rules and guidelines will be developed in the future and prior to the amenities opening.
Absolutely! Homeowners must accompany guests at all times. Each household is welcome to bring up to 2 guests with them to enjoy the Magnolia Lifestyle Center for the day. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Yes. Residents of Elements of Viridian will be able to take advantage of the rest of the community amenities to include a vast park system, gardens, lakes, tennis courts, community pools and more.
Elements at Viridian will has a full-time Lifestyle Director dedicated to planning a variety of exciting programs and activities. From events like Wine down Wednesdays to Saturday morning pickleball games to a Spring Concert Series, there will be something for everyone to participate in.
Our Lifestyle Director will coordinate an array of engaging clubs and interest groups for residents to enjoy. We want to know what your interests and hobbies are, and we will tailor our offerings to you! Future clubs could consist of Bocce ball and Pickleball, Veteran’s club, Men’s discussion group, Ladies' bunko, Travel & Adventure club and many more.
The association shall be responsible for mowing lawns; pruning and fertilizing of shrubbery and lawns; mulching of shrub beds; edging of driveways, sidewalks and shrub beds; treating shrubbery for insects as needed and snow removal when applicable.
Yes children and grandchildren are welcome to visit the community. Please note that anyone under the age of 21 will not be granted access to the Magnolia Center. The greater Viridian community has a variety of family amenities that are suitable for children under the age of 21 when accompanied by a resident.
Yes, as long as the permanent resident is at least 55 years of age and the partner is at least 30 years of age.
