Best Outdoor or Lake Activity – Viridian Sailing Center Not just sailing can happen on Lake Viridian. Community members love to also kayak and paddleboard, as well as all the events they coordinate to keep the members engaged, on and off the water! A few other nods went to the Beach. The Lake is a very special part of the day for many! |

Most Viridian Neighborhood Spirit – VRA Lifestyle Team So many answers revolve around the way that the community events and friendly faces of the VRA Lifestyle Team bring neighbors and friends together. Shout out to Jordyn, Gabriella & Kristi for the ways they make 4th of July, movie nights and holidays something for residents to look forward to. You’re very much appreciated. |

Best Spot for Nature Sightings – Hit the Trails It’s official – if you want to connect with nature, hit the trails! All around the neighborhood – by the lake, by Storm Park, on Kite Hill, as well as the beautiful trails connecting to River Legacy. Nature abounds in Viridian and trails begin just steps from your door. |

Best Sunset Spot – Kite Hill Breathe in the wonderful views of the lake or look along the winding trails and trees for a view worth catching in the mornings or evenings. |

Best Home Feature – Energy Efficiency One of the favorite things about new construction homes that has our residents raving is their energy efficiency - ways to lower utility bills and live a little greener and more sustainably. |

Best Weekend Experience – Texas Live! & Levitt Pavilion It’s a tie! If you’re a sports fan or can’t get enough of live music, Viridian residents say you’ve got it all so close for a fun weekend. |

Best Community Club – Courts Clubs, Moms of Viridian & Travel Club Another tie – three ways! It goes to show that there is a club for every lifestyle here. Pickleball in Elements, Tennis by the Lake Club, the Travel Club and Moms of Viridian all got nods for this category. We were so glad to hear about all the ways that residents stay active and create community. |

Best Educator or Coach – Viridian Elementary We saw so much love flowing in for the educators at Viridian Elementary that teach the young residents – special shout out to Mrs. Conner, Ms. Elliott, Mrs. Armstead, Coach Lauren, Mrs. Bunten & Ms. Smith. Also, special praise went to to Miss Stephanie at Children’s Lighthouse in Viridian Village. |

Best Locally-Owned Restaurant – Piccolo Mondo Another list with so many great options to make your mouth water, but topping the list for residents is Piccolo Mondo, just 2 miles down the road. |
